In this part 2 of our series, I want to tell you about the Pet Sitting business trending now; with hard work and dedication, you can make a profitable living. Dog walking business has its successes and problems but primarily excellent benefits if you work for yourself.

With dog walking, you need to have a deep passion for dogs; because dogs, like children, will test you on their walks and on a rainy day when the ground is damp and slippery, and you have four or six dogs wanting to go in different directions can bring tears to your eyes.

With pet sitting, however, you have a choice: pet-sit dogs, horses, snakes, tortoises, cats or even goldfish. The sky is the limit when it comes to pet sitting. Pet sitting is very much like house sitting but with animals. Some people want you to live in their homes while they are away and care for their dog, cat, snake etc., so you have access to a sleeping area, and other people would like you to visit their home at a particular time of the day to feed the pets, clean up and if these a dog in the house you will need to walk them.

Again, I want to repeat myself here make sure you do your research. And get work experience through pet sitting and dog walking agencies that are out there, like   https://www.rover.com   or https://www.borrowmydoggy.com, where they do all the work for you. And all you have to do is sign up with them; they find the clients for you and have booking systems already in place for you to accept clients.
